1. Owner details

In compliance with the information duty set out in Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following details are provided:

2. Purpose

This website (the "Site") offers Yababu!, a puppet webshow for preschool children and their families, with crafts, stories and animations. It is produced by Sinilos Puppet Studio.

Accessing and using the Site makes you a user, and by doing so you accept the terms set out here. The content is designed for children to enjoy together with an adult.

3. Terms of use

Users agree to make appropriate and lawful use of the Site and its content, in accordance with applicable law, good faith and public order. Use of the Site for unlawful purposes, or in a way that causes harm to the owner or to third parties, is prohibited.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Site (text, photographs, videos, characters, graphic design, templates, source code, logos, trademarks and other distinctive signs) belongs to Miguel Ángel Del Olmo Fuente or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication or modification without the express authorisation of the owner is prohibited, except where permitted by law. The downloadable templates may be used at home and in the classroom for personal and educational, non-commercial purposes.

5. External links and liability

The Site embeds YouTube videos and links to other websites, such as sinilos.com. The owner is not responsible for the content, accuracy or lawfulness of third-party websites, over which there is no control.

The owner also does not guarantee the availability or continuity of the Site, nor is liable for damage arising from unavailability or access failures, without prejudice to taking reasonable measures to avoid them. Crafts should be made with adult supervision, and the adult decides whether they suit the child.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site, and without prejudice to any jurisdiction that may apply under consumer protection law, the Courts of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction.
